Prison restaurant opens its doors to public

From BBC News:

A new restaurant inside a Welsh prison, with food made by low risk prisoners, is opening its doors to the public.

The Clink Cymru, at Cardiff Prison, is a new scheme aiming to offer diners haute cuisine at reasonable prices while teaching inmates new skills.

Charity bosses and Ministry of Justice officials hope the project will provide rehabilitation as well as reducing reoffending rates.
