Founded by food writer Josh Ozersky, the “Woodstock of Edible Animals” gathers celebrated chefs for an evening of carnivore-centric sips and bites.

This year’s event, taking place Sept. 8 on Randalls Island, features close to 50 culinary names, including grill expert Adam Perry Lang, self-professed pig lover April Bloomfield and master butcher Pat LaFrieda.
